How do I book a shipment ?

1. Fill all required fields for COLLECTION ADDRESS (SHIPPER)

 

2. Fill all required fields of DELIVERY ADDRESS (CONSIGNEE)

 

3. Fill all required fields of SHIPMENT DETAILS

 

4. Click Get Services then you will get the available services popup

 

5. Select the services of your choice, then you can select the Collection Date and Time

 

6.  Add any Missing Information

 

7. Your selected service will appear at the bottom of the page.

 

8. Please provide Content Explanation. Either one of the predefined texts, or select Other to type in free text

 

9. Scroll down then Click Place Booking

then You will get booked details

10. Click Print , the system will allow you to save the Label PDF file to your folder

How do I book a shipment ?

1. Create CON Tab —> Click on the Actions of CON line

 

2. The Quick Booking Tab will open. Fill all required fields of COLLECTION ADDRESS

 

 

3. Fill all required fields of DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

 

4. Fill all required fields of SHIPMENT DETAILS

 

 

5. Fill all required fields of CUSTOMS DECLARATION

 

 

6. Click Get Services. The available service popup will show up.

 

7. Select the service of your choice, then you will see the selection at the bottom of the page

 

8. Click Place Booking.  This will show you the booking details page.

 

9. Click Print. The system will allow you to save the PDF label file.

 

10. Open the Label PDF file then Print to your Barcode Printer

How do I track a shipment ?

1. Select the Shipments Tab. You can search for a shipment by entering the CON and then clicking the Search button.

2. A popup will show you the Tracking Details

How do I book a shipment ?

1. Open Quick Booking Tab.  Fill all required fields of COLLECTION ADDRESS

 

2. Fill all required fields of DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

 

3. Fill all required fields of PURCHASE ORDER

 

 

4. Click the Package Icon to see the available services.

 

Select the services of your choice

 

Then it will show under your Job section

 

 

5. Custom Fields. You can define 3 extra fields as Text or as a Dropdown value.

 

 

6. Click Place Order

You will be forwarded to the Shipments Page.

 

 

8. Click Actions then select Create Carton

 

 

9. Select a Carton Name of your choice, fill Pieces and Carton QTY

** Optional +Add Carton Size then Save

 

 

10. The last action is Generate Label, please click.

 

 

11. Generate Label

Click Edit Icon

Then provide the Missing Information.

After clicking +Generate Label, a Process popup will show.

Wait for the Process to complete. Then you can check by clicking View Detail
