Why do you only have 3 sizes of box for sending the products ?

The team at FRAYTE has selected 3 easy to understand box sizes SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE. For your goods to be safely packed in.

What are the box sizes ?

FRAYTE has the following box sizes:
– SMALL – 1.82kg / 26cm x 35cm x 10cm
– MEDIUM – 8.45kg / 33cm x 40cm x 32cm
– LARGE – 19.80kg / 36cm x 50cm x 55cm

Who delivers my parcel is it the post office ?

All shipments are delivered via premium courier companies like DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT to your door on a domestic delivery service.

Can I return my goods if I don't like them ?

Unfortunately FRAYTE does not have a returns service at this stage. We take a great deal of time selecting the quality of the products to ensure there is no damage on them when we buy them from the shop in Thailand.

Which countries to you send to ?

At the moment FRAYTE is able to send to the following countries:
– Canada
– Europe
– UK
– Australia
– Hong Kong
– Singapore

How does it work ?

FRAYTE is a simple concept of a personal shopping service in Thailand for mainly food items which we can then send all over the world. The concept is as simple as
1) You send us a list of Thai products you wish to buy
2) We go to the supermarket or shop to purchase and pack them
3) We arrange the logistics to deliver them to your door.

How long does it take ?

Normally it takes 7-10 working days to deliver to you door this depends on which day you order and how busy we are at any particular time.

Can I order fresh foods ?

At present we are not able to send fresh foods it is some thing we are looking at for the future.

Can I order more than one box? / What if I need a bigger box than Large ?

If your items exceed the weight of our Largest Box you are very welcome to order more than one box. Please note that the courier fee is charged per box. However, for multiple boxes on a single order we only charge one service fee, as we charge our service fee per order.

What food products are banned ?

This depends on the country you are looking to Import
– Europe: No Eggs or Dairy, Fish products have to be under 50% in content
– Australia: Egg and Dairy products with more than 10% content, Meat with more than 5% content, fresh fruits and vegetables
